BFR Technology

The BFR system stands for Brake, Freewheel, Reverse. Pedal forward to accelerate, ease off to freewheel and coast, use the hand brake for quick stops, or back pedal to reverse. A parking brake and mudguards round out the setup for confident everyday riding.

The base BFR variant is single speed. BFR-3 adds a three gear system, low, mid and high, for more control on hills and higher top speed. E-BFR goes further with a 250W electric motor delivering pedal assist across ECO, TOUR, SPORT and TURBO modes, useful for longer rides or less pedalling effort.
