You'll be the friendly voice (and inbox) our customers rely on, answering questions about products, orders, delivery timeframes, layby, and the occasional "will this fit in my backyard" query. No two days are quite the same, but you'll always be helping a parent make their kids happy.
You'll help keep our website accurate, up to date, and running smoothly. From uploading new products to fixing pricing, images, and descriptions across our range. It's detail-focused work that directly affects how customers experience our store.
