Customer Service Representative (Remote)

You'll be the friendly voice (and inbox) our customers rely on, answering questions about products, orders, delivery timeframes, layby, and the occasional "will this fit in my backyard" query. No two days are quite the same, but you'll always be helping a parent make their kids happy.

What you'll do
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and live chat
  • Help customers with orders, returns, and warranty questions
  • Provide accurate product and shipping information
  • Work with our small team to resolve issues quickly and kindly
What we're looking for
  • Clear, friendly written and verbal communication
  • Patience and genuine care for customer experience
  • Comfortable using online systems (Shopify experience a bonus, not required)
  • Reliable, self motivated, and happy working independently

Website Services Coordinator (Remote)

You'll help keep our website accurate, up to date, and running smoothly. From uploading new products to fixing pricing, images, and descriptions across our range. It's detail-focused work that directly affects how customers experience our store.

What you'll do
  • Upload new products with accurate specs, pricing, and images
  • Fix and update existing product listings and collections
  • Check for broken links, incorrect pricing, or missing information
  • Support ongoing website projects alongside our team
What we're looking for
  • Strong attention to detail. Small errors matter to us
  • Comfortable learning new systems (Shopify experience highly regarded)
  • Good basic writing skills for product descriptions
  • Organised and able to manage a steady workload independently
