Brake Freewheel, not BFR

A pedal operated brake with freewheel coast

The Chopper runs Berg's BF, or Brake Freewheel, hub rather than the reverse capable BFR system used on the four wheel B. Super and Black Edition karts. Pedal forward to drive, stop pedalling to freewheel and coast, or resist the pedals to brake, all backed up by a handbrake and parking brake. It does not have the BFR reverse pedalling function.

Does the Chopper have reverse pedalling like the BFR karts?

No. The Chopper uses Berg's BF, or Brake Freewheel, hub, which gives you a pedal operated brake and a freewheel coast mode, but not the reverse pedalling function found on the four wheel BFR karts such as the B. Super range and Black Edition.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately our courier drivers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. If you have an alternative address such as a workplace or office, that will keep delivery smooth and on time.
