Mudguards and reflectors on a proven design

The Red finishes out the B. Super family with mudguards, reflectors and the same swing axle setup that keeps all four wheels grounded on uneven surfaces. It is a simple, classic look that still gets the same commercial grade build as its stablemates.

Brake, freewheel and reverse from the pedals

BFR stands for Brake Freewheel Reverse, a patented hub between the chain and rear axle. Pedal forward to drive, stop pedalling to freewheel and coast, or reverse the pedal motion to slow down and even roll backwards. A handbrake and parking brake back it up for extra control.

Room to grow, from young riders to adults

The ergonomic bucket seat adjusts across 6 positions, so the same kart fits a 125cm rider today and a 190cm adult down the track. Ball bearing hubs keep pedalling light, and the steel frame is rated for commercial use so it holds up to daily riding.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before it arrives.

What age is the Berg B.Super Red suitable for?

Berg rates the B.Super Red for riders aged 5 and up, with a recommended rider height range of 125cm to 190cm, which covers most kids, teens and adults thanks to the adjustable seat.

What does BFR actually mean and how does it brake?

BFR stands for Brake Freewheel Reverse. It is a hub system between the chain and rear axle that lets you pedal forward to drive, stop pedalling to freewheel and coast, or reverse the pedal motion to brake and roll backwards. A handbrake and parking brake are also fitted for extra control.

How much weight can the B.Super Red carry?

The maximum rider weight is 100kg, and the steel frame is rated for commercial use, so it is built to handle repeated everyday riding rather than occasional light use.

Is assembly difficult?

The kart ships part assembled with clear instructions and typically goes together at home with basic tools in under an hour. If you would rather skip the tools, All Things For Kids offers an assembly service.

How is this different from the B. Super Blue or Yellow?

The B.Super Red, Blue and Yellow share the same steel frame, BFR drivetrain, seat adjustment and weight rating. The difference between them comes down to colour and livery, so pick whichever suits your rider best.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
