What age is the Berg Buddy Cross 2.0 suited to?

It is designed for kids aged 3 to 8 years, or those between 100cm and 130cm tall, with a maximum rider weight of 50kg.

Does the soundbox need batteries?

The built in Berg soundbox is a genuine feature of this model. Please refer to the included instructions for battery type and replacement details.

Does it come assembled?

It arrives flat packed with all hardware and clear instructions for simple home assembly. All Things For Kids also offers an assembly service if you would like it built for you.

How does the Buddy Cross compare to the B Orange or Lua?

All three share the same Buddy 2.0 frame, seat and BFR drivetrain. The Buddy Cross is the only one with off road styled tyres and a built in soundbox, the B Orange comes in an orange and grey livery, and the Lua is finished in pink and mint.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately our courier drivers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. If you have an alternative address such as a workplace or office, that will keep delivery smooth and on time.

Yes. We can set up a simple layby on most items—no interest, just easy instalments. Your order ships once the balance is paid. Pop a layby request through or message us and we’ll set it up.

How long until my order dispatches?

Most products leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days after payment clears.

How long does delivery take?

Courier time depends on your state and the size of the item. Metro is usually quick; 1–3 days for the East Coast and 4–5 days for the West Coast. Regional/remote can take a bit longer. You’ll get tracking once it’s collected.

Do you offer assembly?

Yes—in most areas. We work with insured installers who know our brands well. Ask for an assembly quote and we’ll book it once the item is received.

What warranty is included?

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (length varies by brand). Majority are 12 months. Some are longer—check each product or ask our team. We’ll organise the fix with the supplier—fast and fuss-free.
