Rope wearing down after 1 month

Sadly this product isn’t structurally capable of what was described. Our son (25kg, well under limit) has been using this swing since Christmas. Under the wooden pole the rope is clearly fraying and on its way to snapping. Very disappointing given he’s only using it as described, nothing out of the ordinary. I expected better quality for the price.
