To install a swing set, follow these steps:
 1. Choose a Location: Find a flat, level area away from trees, fences, and other structures. Ensure there is ample clearance space around the swing set. (if you are unsure if there is enough space, contact us to find out).
 2. Prepare the Ground: Remove any rocks or tree roots from the space.
 3. Level the ground as needed to create a smooth surface.
 4. Read the Manual: Read the swing set's assembly instructions, so there are no surprised half way through.
 5. Organise all parts and tools before beginning to ensure you have everything ready to go.
 6. Assemble the Swing Set: Follow the instructions to assemble each component of the swing set.
 7. Anchor the Swing Set: Securely anchor the swing set to the ground using anchor kits or concrete for maximum stability.
 8. Safety Check: Inspect the swing set for any sharp edges, loose hardware, or other hazards. Make any necessary adjustments. 9. Test and Enjoy: Perform a test to ensure the swing set is stable. Each swing that you purchase will explain the specifications what is required to anchor the swing set. 

Choosing the right surface to put around your swing set is something you can do if you want but it is not required. Here are some options that we reccomendt:
 • Rubber Mulch: Provides cushioning and minimizes impact. It's low-maintenance and helps prevent weeds.
 • Engineered Wood Fiber: Offers good impact absorption and is affordable. However, it may require occasional topping up.
 • Sand: Creates a soft surface that's fun for digging and playing. Regular leveling may be needed.
 • Pea Gravel: Allows for good drainage and is easy to maintain. Ensure it's laid thick enough to provide adequate cushioning.
 • Artificial Turf: Provides a soft, grass-like surface. Ensure proper installation for good cushioning.
 • Poured Rubber Surface: Offers excellent impact absorption.

The lifespan of a wooden swing set depends on the local weather. The swing sets we sell can last 10-20 years with regular maintenance.
Routine maintenance, including sealing, staining, and repairing wear, significantly extends their life. (this really depends on your climate, some climates require more maintenace others less)
To maximise the life of your wooden swing set: Apply a protective sealant to prevent water damage and decay. 

Absolutely! Our swing sets are made to interchange swings such as a toddler swing or nest swing. However, it's important to consider the space required. If you are unsure please contact us to confirm. 

Our swing sets come with a 12 month warranty, covering any manufacturing defects. 

Assembly time varies based on the complexity of the set. Simple sets may take a few hours, while more elaborate ones could require a full day or more. It's helpful to have at least two adults for assembly.
