Unhapoy

Purchased for our 7 year old for Christmas. When we went to assemble it, it was missing some of the bolts to put the actual frame together. And the bolts supplied to install the swings are the incorrect size, as they didn’t tighten properly & just way too big. So the parts were wobbly & not secure. But with the missing bolts for the frame there was no hope of putting it together anyway. Extremely disappointing since it was ordered on pre order & then to have parts missing is incredibly frustrating. I hate having to return things like this, it’s time consuming & frustrating. Better quality checks need to be done when they are packaging the product. I have requested to return for a full refund so I am hoping my request gets actioned quickly & smoothly so I can source something else for my incredibly disappointed daughter.

Parts not great

When putting it together they didn’t supply the right size bolts. We had to go up to the next size but then needed to use extra washers. This meant we were short the longer ones! Once it was together, the ropes aren’t very adjustable. The nest swing was almost touching the ground and couldn’t be adjusted anymore. Hubby had to redesign it to make it higher. Same with the gymnastic bar swing. When it finally was finished our Granddaughter loves it. It definitely needs some redesigning to make it more user friendly and needs right parts Included.

Terrible

First I got sent the wrong swing set, then I get sent an extremely damaged box which contained a scratched and dented swingset, and was missing pieces.

No calls or follow up or responses to emails to attempt to rectify.

Absolutely disgusting. Save your money, buy this elsewhere.
