The stilts are safety tested to Australian and New Zealand standards AS/NZS ISO 8124.1, 8124.2 and 8124.3. As with any balance activity, we recommend adult supervision at all times and starting on the lowest footrest height.

What age group are these suited to?

These stilts are recommended for ages 8 and up, once a child has developed enough balance and body control to manage the footrest height safely with supervision.

Can the height be adjusted?

Yes, the footrests adjust to three different standing heights using simple wing nut fittings, so you can start low and increase the height as confidence and balance improve.

Where should stilts be used?

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately our courier drivers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. If you have an alternative address such as a workplace or office, that will keep delivery smooth and on time.

How long until my order dispatches?

Most products leave the warehouse in 1–3 business days after payment clears.

How long does delivery take?

Courier time depends on your state and the size of the item. Metro is usually quick; 1–3 days for the East Coast and 4–5 days for the West Coast. Regional/remote can take a bit longer. You’ll get tracking once it’s collected.

Do you offer assembly?

Yes—in most areas. We work with insured installers who know our brands well. Ask for an assembly quote and we’ll book it once the item is received.

What warranty is included?

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (length varies by brand). Majority are 12 months. Some are longer—check each product or ask our team. We’ll organise the fix with the supplier—fast and fuss-free.
