Overall, great for the price.

Took a very long time for 2 adults to assemble (12+ hours). Clearly a mass produced American item. Floor doesn't meet Australian standards: instructions indicate to screw planks flush together, but need to leave gaps to allow to expansion in Australian heat, so had to cut one piece down to allow this. Some pieces weren't quite square. But, overall comparing to similar sized products out there this is VERY reasonably priced, very sturdy and most of all my son LOVES it.

Gorgeous quality product

Very happy with the purchase of this cubby house, our toddler loves it. The item came in 4 boxes with a 55 page manual to build (lots of individual pieces) but my husband found it very easy to follow. It took him the whole day to build (12 hours), with the help of a second adult the second half of the day.
Delivery took longer than anticipated and whilst the cubby house is gorgeous it’s a little smaller than I thought it would be. I think my child will be comfortable in it till he is around 5 years old.
The free picnic table that came with the house was great, lovely quality.
