It is a cute car but the doors didn't open, I emailed customer support, and they responded quickly and sent us a brand new car. New one works perfectly. Fast shipping and easy to assemble, my boy loves it so much!

The product is awesome it could do with a few adjustments but ova all em happy.. but would really like the plates that were meant to of been dropped off 4 days ago apparently but they aren't there at all so what's going on with them

It's a great product only thing I find wrong with it is it doesn't go fast enough and small child with little leg can't reach the pedals maybe you should make it so that the seat slide forward and that may be the indicators to flash overall the great product and where happy with it..

But still waiting on the personalised plates play never come with the shipment

Terrible customer service.

I messaged about 3-5 times about cracked parts and missing parts and I still have not seen any replacements or compensation. In fact, now that you’ve reminded me, I will be sharing my experience of how ‘amazing’ you were with all my social media followers, friends and family. It is really disappointing considering how much money I spent.
