Toddler tower outdoor play set and bonus picnic table

Please be wary of purchasing from this site, It was almost a full time job to get the item I purchased and it took over 2 months then it arrived damaged to which I am still awaiting a reply to rectify 2 weeks later. Oh & the bonus item ‘children’s picnic table’ has never arrived. This company needs an overhaul from consumer affairs for misleading information about who they are as well as their business ethic in servicing customers.

It is so sad that we have been unable to help you. The item took over 2 months to arrive because you ordered a product that was on pre-order and you were told that it would take 2 months. We also informed you that the kids picnic table would arrive separately from the toddler tower. We also gave you a partial refund as you were so angry. We believe we have tried our very best to resolve the issue and unfortunately have been unable to do so.

I hope your Christmas brings peace and happiness for you.
