I can not review product as I haven't received yet

I purchased product on the 6th April 2022. I received email on the 7th April with the tracking number. I have been checking the tracking and it still says the same from the 7th of April. I have contacted company I purchased from plus the courier and keep being they will call me back. No one has ever called me back regarding this matter it's always me calling courier every second day to be told the same thing. Very disappointed
