VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER

ive tried contacting on many occasions about this trampoline which i got december 2019. when we first got it the mat was torn, never heard back about if i was to receive a new mat, i also had issues with one of the screws being too small. Mid this year we had huge storms which flipped our trampoline even with the anchor set which was recommended when purchasing the tramp, damading most of the arms that hold the net up and possible damage to the net. very upset thats it taking so long for some simple answers.
Had plenty of time to contact me back Pre-Covid so no excuse there, least you have something to blame your slow response on now! kids havent been able to actually enjoy their trampoline. Sort your service out!!!!!!!!!! Or deposit my money back!

Disappointing!

Despite ordering within the advertised cut-off times for a pre-Christmas delivery, my order sat in a warehouse for 9 days between ordering and shipping which meant that it was delivered after Christmas. Customer service was rude, uninformative and condescending. I won't be buying from All Things For Kids again. The trampoline mat began showing signs of wear within 2 weeks of normal use. I wouldn't buy the same brand again.
