Great little easel!

I’m quite happy with this easel. It was fairly easy to build and it’s a good height for my 4 year old. The shelves for chalk and magnets are very handy and the storage underneath is a bonus. Great product. My son uses it a lot!

Easel for older children

I bought an easel from another online shop which was ok for the 4 year old. I realised though that it would be too short for our 7 year old grandson who is intellectually disabled. His therapist suggested he stand up to paint to strengthen his arm muscles. This was his birthday present. It was straight forward to put together and he loves it. It’s a good height at full extension. It has a lot more shelving than the other one. At the time the two easels were the same price but this one had free postage. His nearly 10 year old sister wants one! The paper roll holder could be improved. To change the paper roll you have to use a screwdriver. A simple channel in one side fitting would solve this. It comes with a small packet of thin chalk. One black marker and a whiteboard eraser. It will take time to see how it stands up to use. The easel from the other shop seemed sturdier. But perhaps it doesn’t have to as kids lose interest.
