What ceiling height do I need for a 2.1m tree?

A standard 2.4m ceiling gives you about 30cm of clearance, which is enough for the tree plus a modest topper. If you have 2.7m ceilings, it will look right at home with space to spare.

Are the lights included?

Yes - 1134 LEDs are built into the branches, so there's nothing extra to buy or string up. Ornaments are not included, so you can decorate it your way.

Is it hard to assemble?

No - the tree goes up in sections with the lights already in place. Allow some extra time on the first setup to shape the branches; it gets faster every year.
