What does "permanent" mean here?

Unlike traditional Christmas lights that go up in December and come down in January, this 30m run is designed to be installed once and left in place outdoors year-round. You simply control when it lights up - and in what colours - from the smart app.

How much of the house will 30m cover?

That depends on your frontage, but 30 metres is generally enough to trace the street-facing rooflines and eaves of a typical family home. Measure the edges you want to light before installation day so you can plan the run.

How do I control the lights?

Through the smart app on your phone. That is where you switch the run on and off and choose colours from the full RGB range - no outdoor switches or timers to fiddle with.

Can I use it outside of Christmas?

Absolutely - that is the point of a permanent RGB install. Once it is up, changing the display for a birthday, Easter or a party is just a colour change in the app.

When should I order for Christmas?

By the end of November to be safe - and remember to allow yourself an installation weekend before the December festivities begin.
