At your Insistence

I am very sorry to say that the package arrived torn and partially open.
It appeared to have been a return.
I confess I was shocked and disappointed.
There were no paper instructions which I consider vital to cover all customer needs.
I have not yet constructed this and sincerely hope that all component parts are included given the state of the package on arrival
