At your Insistence

I am very sorry to say that the package arrived torn and partially open.
It appeared to have been a return.
I confess I was shocked and disappointed.
There were no paper instructions which I consider vital to cover all customer needs.
I have not yet constructed this and sincerely hope that all component parts are included given the state of the package on arrival

Hi Julie! We sincerely apologise for the disappointment this may have caused you. Our team will be in contact with you shortly.
