Shipping & Returns

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. 
This means that we have received your order in our system.

We have 4 types of products:
In Stock - this means the item you have purchased is in stock and will be shipped next business day
Pre-Order - It is not in stock, but has an expected due date and is available for purchase
Made To Order - This item isn't yet made and we will need to make it to order
Not In Stock - This item isn't in stock and we do not yet have an estimated arrival date
SHIPMENT INFORMATION
If your order is in stock, we will organise the collection of the item from either our warehouse or one of our suppliers warehouse. 

We will send you tracking information once your order had been booked and shipped out of our warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

If you do not receive tracking information from us within six (2) business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@allthingsforkids.com.au

DAMAGES
In the unlikely chance that your item arrives with any damage please let us know and send through photos or videos as soon as possible to info@allthingsforkids.com.au
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If for any reason, you want to return your item to All Things For Kids, you may return it in its original condition and packaging, (unused and not assembled) within 30 days for a refund

- Initial shipping fees and a $25 cancellation fee shall be deducted
- the postage for returning the items should also be yours to process. Please send us an email to arrange instructions and our full address.
