ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. 
This means that we have received your order in our system.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION
If your order is in stock, we will organise the collection of the item from either our warehouse or one of our suppliers warehouse. 

We will send you tracking information once your order had been booked and shipped out of our warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

If you do not receive tracking information from us within three (3) business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@allthingsforkids.com.au
Please note during peak periods there can be a delay. 

DAMAGES
In the unlikely event that your item arrives with any damage please let us know and send through photos or videos as soon as possible to info@allthingsforkids.com.au

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If for any reason, you want to return your item to All Things For Kids, you may return it in its original condition and packaging, (unused and not assembled) within 30 days for a refund. The cost of shipping is not refunded.
