Good service but the product was terrible

Service and shipping were very prompt and simple but the amount of money we spent on the kitchen was too much. The kitchen took us hours to set up as none of the parts were labeled correctly and pieces were missing. As we set it up the night before Christmas we just had to make do as it was too late to change presents that late. The kitchen is very flimsy, wobbles and not safe for kids as it falls over all the time. We spent over a $100 but I would have only spent about $30 if I had of seen it in person.
