I was excited to purchase this table and chair setting for my toddler, and especially from an Australia store during these trying times. I placed my order on 15 March. 9 days later, I followed up because I hadn't heard anything after the automatic order confirmation emails. I was advised that the courier's pick up from the warehouse was futile but that the the courier would collect the package on Monday 29 March. This collection was again futile (All Things For Kids word, not mine), and I was told it would be collected Tuesday 30 March. As I'm sure you've gathered, the table was not included in the Tuesday 30 March collection. I was not contacted to advise of this, nor was I told - when I did reach out - when collection would subsequently occur.
The item finally arrived yesterday, 14 April, almost a month after I placed the order. I have now put it together, but I have needed to purchase the screw caps that were meant to be included with the screws and I have needed to re-drill and in some cases, drill from scratch, holes in the wood that were not pre-drilled despite being required to be by the instructions.
The product is now put together and I do like it, but I will not be recommending All Things for Kids to my friends and family, nor will I be recommending the product given the faults I had needed to spend additional money on fixing.
